• <br />• <br /> <br />4.0 SPILL REPORTING, NOTIFICATION PROCEDURES, and SPILL CONTROL <br />COMPANIES /MATERIALS SUPPLIERS <br />The primary goal of the SPCC Plan is prevention and containment of spills; however, in the <br />event that a spill occurs and it threatens to impact the waters of the State of Colorado, the <br />following procedures will be followed by the management, operating, and/or security personnel <br />on duty. <br />4.1 Spill containment and control procedures, as outlined in Section 5 of this Plan, will be the <br />first action implemented to mitigate or minimize impact. Note the date, time, exact location, <br />material(s) spilled, estimated quantity, control measures used, names of workers involved in <br />clean-up, and action needed to prevent reoccurrence.
