He did know <br />16 that there was a court action that had been <br />17 resolved in the Tatums' favor, and that's why we <br />18 issued the NOV. Also because of the water damage <br />19 but the water damage was fixed, so we weren't <br />20 pursuing that part of it. <br />21 And I agree. Normally we would pursue <br />22 this. If a citizen complained and said there's <br />23 water quality issues out there or there are -- you <br />24 know, a high wall's about to fall down and cause <br />25 damage or imminent safety and health issues to <br />
