There <br />13 were two parts to the complaint, as I understand <br />14 it, this leaky water line and so on and so forth, <br />15 and Basin did fix that, and so you did see the <br />16 damage there which should have been a part -- which <br />17 was a part of the violation; is that correct? <br />18 MR. BROWN: I believe that's correct. <br />19 David? <br />20 MR. BERRY: That is correct. The <br />21 violation encompassed both the water line damage <br />22 and cracks to the structure . <br />23 MR. LONG: And t he water line was fixed. <br />24 MR. BERRY: And the water line was fixed <br />25 actually as I was standing on the ground. <br />
