So we'd ask that the board not only <br />8 grant our motion to hold the hearing but to hold <br />9 that hearing tomorrow, and I'll stop and take <br />10 questions at that point. <br />11 MR. I <br />14 guess at this point I'm somewhat persuaded by the <br />15 concept that if the board -- if the division <br />16 removes its -- withdraws its notice of violation <br />17 that it should do some sort of investigation to <br />18 explain why because it seems sort of arbitrary that <br />19 if there's a citizen complaint that says we think <br />20 there's a notice of violation and then the agency <br />21 says yes and then the citizen says never mind and <br />22 then we say okay that it seems to me there needs <br />23 some validation by the agency Co withdraw that <br />24 NOV. <br />25 Otherwise I'd be uneasy if I were a <br />
