CATTANY: Except that it sounds like <br />2 based on what Mark says that over time depending on <br />3 how the court case works out we could be reinvoked <br />4 again, and if the -- whatever penalty the court <br />5 issues is not -- is not satisfied by Basin, they <br />6 could come back -- the Tatums could come back to us <br />7 again and ask us to help enforce that decision. <br />8 MR. JANOSEC: From the civil court. <br />9 MR. CATTANY: Yeah. And so it -- it <br />10 almost seems like we get invoked either as a matter <br />11 of convenience or we get disinvoked based on the <br />12 cleverness of the attorneys. <br />13 MR. JANOSEC: Well, you know, after <br />14 sitting through all this and hearing it all, it's <br />15 very understandable to me why the division did make <br />16 the decision they did. I understand why they did <br />17 it, whether it was right or wrong or ir.differer.t. <br />18 Reiterating Mike's verbiage a little <br />19 bit, this gives the opportunity for this to move on <br />20 into a court of law where decisions can and will be <br />21 made, and I do think there is -- keeps coming back <br />22 in my mind about after the request for a hearing, <br />23 you know -- I don't know. <br />24 MR.
