This ore and overburden will be <br />mined using the existing equipment fleet and within the Amendment No. 8 levels of <br />projected employment. <br />The ore will be crushed and processed using the existing crushing and conveying <br />facilities. Ore will be processed on the existing VLF and recovered in the existing process <br />facility. An estimated 120,1)00 recoverable ounces of gold are expected from the ECME. <br />Approximately 23.5 million tons of overburden (non-economic rock) will be removed <br />during mining of the ECME. This rock will be backfilled into other portions of the East <br />Cresson Mine, along with rock from other mining azeas already approved under <br />Amendment No. 8, to establish apost-mining topography as approved under the <br />• Amendment No. 8 reclamation plan. <br />
