AT(05-1)ML-60.8-C-SR-11 <br /> EXHIBIT E <br /> • <br /> RECLAMATION PLAN <br /> Type of Reclamation <br /> Cotter Corporation will restore the affected land in accordance <br /> with MLRD's reclamation performance standards and the D.O.E. 's lease <br /> requirements. The land will be reclaimed for range and wildlife habitat <br /> to meet the D.O.E. 's directive to return the land as closely as possible <br /> to the pre-mining land use. There will be eleven to twelve acres of <br /> affected land to reclaim. <br /> • Pre- and Post-Mining Land Use <br /> This area of San Miguel County is zoned Multiple Purpose Public <br /> Domain. The current land use is predominantly mining and grazing. The <br /> proposed post-mining land use for range and wildlife habitat will improve <br /> forage and habitat for both wildlife and stock. <br /> Compliance With Reclamation Performance Standards <br /> Grading <br /> Grading will be conducted to create final contours that blend <br /> with the surrounding topography which will be appropriate to the <br /> reclamation plan and the final land use.
