PUBLIC NOTICE <br />James Bender, 5529 US HWY 64, Farmington, NM 87401, phone number <br />(505) 325-4065, has filed an application for a Notice of Completion of <br />Reclamation and Request of Reclamation Responsibility with the Division <br />of Minerals and Geology. The mine is known as Deadwood Gulch Mining <br />Company and is located at: <br />section 22, township 36N, range 11 W, <br />6`h Colorado prime meridian <br />The application asks for 29,3622.5 square feet to be released from the NW <br />9.9 acre permitted area, to be added later to the southern boundary of the 9.9 <br />acre permitted area. No mining activity or disturbance have occurred in the <br />aforementioned. Additional information and tentative decision date may be <br />obtained from the Division of Minerals and Geology, 1313 Sherman St. <br />Rm. 215, Denver, CO. 80203 or at the La Plata County Clerk and Records <br />Office, 1060 East 2"d Ave., Durango, Colorado, or the above named <br />applicant D.G.M.C. at (303) 866-3567. <br />Comments must be in writing and must be received by the Division of <br />Minerals and Geology by 4:00 PM, ten (10) days from the date of <br />publication or the next regular business day. <br />
