NOTICE OF FILING OF APPLICATION <br />FOR <br />NOTICE OF COMPLETION OF RECLAMATION <br />AND REQUEST FOR RELEASE OF RECLAMATION RESPOSIBILITY <br />To The Board Of Supervisors Of The Local Soil Conservation District, <br />La Plata District <br />James Bender, has applied for a Completion Of Reclamation And A Request For Release <br />Of Reclamation from the Division of Minerals and Geology, to release 29,362.5 sq. ft. <br />from the top NW section of the approved 9.9 acre permitted azea, which will be added at <br />a later date, with another amendment, to the southern boundary of the 9.9 acre permitted <br />azea. This is being done to offer a safeguard to the lower southern boundary. Neither <br />areas have been mined or disturbed. The attached information is being provided to notify <br />you of the location and nature of the operation, The entire application is on file with the <br />Division ofMinerals and Geology and the local county clerk and recorders office. <br />The applicant /operator proposes to reclaim the affected land to Forestry use. Pursuant to <br />Sec. 34-32-116 (7 ), (j ), C.R.S. The Division is required to confer with the local Board <br />Of County Commissioners before approving of the post mining land use. Accordingly, <br />the Division would appreciate your comments on the proposed operation.
