Box 1523 <br />Longmont, CO 80502 <br />TO: Colina Oro Molino, Inc. and Hi Vida Enterprises, Inc. and all other persona <br />engaged in owning or controlling the following operation: Gold Hill Hill and Hines <br />located in Section 12, T1N, R72W, 6th P.M., in Boulder County, Colorado. <br />FINDINGS OF FACT <br />Pursuant to the authority vested in the State of Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Board <br />by C.R.S. 34-32-124, the Board hereby makes the following findings of fact: <br />1. Colina Oro Molino, Inc. and Mi Vida Enterprises, Inc. are permitted to conduct a <br />mining and milling operation under the terms of Permit H-83-141 located in Section <br />12, Township 1 North, Range 72 West of the 6th P.H., in Boulder County, Colorado. <br />2. The Mined Land Reclamation Board conducted a Formal Public Hearing on June 22, <br />1995 to consider suspension, modification, or revocation of permit M-83-141. <br />3. The Division of Hinerals and Geology presented evidence at the Formal Public <br />Hearing on June 23, 1995, demonstrating that: <br />a. On February 22, 1995 the Mined Land Reclamation Board issued a Cease and <br />Desist Order for the Gold Hill Mill and Mines. Corrective actions were <br />specified in the Cease and Desist Order including a requirement to obtain <br />a permit for the mill site by June 14, 1995. <br />b. On February 22, 1995 the Mined Land Reclamation Board ordered that a civil <br />penalty in the amount of 54,500.00 be paid on June 15, 1995 if-the specified <br />corrective actions had not been completed. <br />c. The required corrective actions had not been completed by the specified <br />date, and the required civil penalty had not been paid. <br />
