AMENDED CEASE AND DBSIST ORDER
Based on the foregoing Findings of Fact and pursuant to C.R.S. 34-
32-123 the Mined Land Reclamation Board hereby amends part 3 of its
Cease and Desist Order of January 26, 1994 in conjunction with
Notice of Violation M-94-003 to read as follows:
3. Complete the following corrective action:
a. Submit an amendment to the existing reclamation
permit adding the area of the violation to the approved
permit area by February 26, 1994 end secure approval of
the amendment by June 23. 1994.
Persons concerned with judicial review of the provisions of the
Order ere advised to consult C.R.S. 24-4-106.
