The notice need only be published <br />once [Rule 2.08.4(6)(b)(iii)]. The notice was published on April 20, 2001. Thus the public <br />comment period closed on April 30, 2001. <br />Rule 2.08.4(2)(a) See the Rules for the text of this rule. <br />The proposed action was determined to be appropriate to a technical revision as provided for by <br />Rule 2.08.4(2)(a), and, in turn, by Rule 1.04(136). <br />*Rule 2.08.4(5) Application requirements. An applicntiorr for all types of revisions or a permit <br />shall contain: <br />*Rule 2.08.4(5)(a) An identifcation of the pennit by pennit number or other appropriate <br />reference which is the subject of the revision; <br />The application is in compliance with this rule. An application form accompanied the technical <br />revision request that identified the permit by permit number C-84-065. <br />*Rule 2.08.4(5)(b) A specific description of the requested change in the teens ojthe pennit; <br />The application is in compliance with this rule. A specific description of the requested change <br />was provided by a summary outline in letter form as well as revised pages to the Permit <br />Application Package. <br />*Rule 2.08.4(5)(c) A specific description of any changes in the mining and reclarnatiort <br />operation which may have an effect on performance bond requirements ojRute 3; and <br />The application is in compliance with this rule. The application cover indicates that the proposed <br />changes will not increase the bond. The Division concurs. There are no proposed changes in the <br />mining and reclamation operation which may have an effect on performance bond requirement <br />of Rule 3, but the changes do indicate that sedimentation control swctures are no longer <br />required. <br />*Rule 2.08.4(5)(d) Such other information as may be necessary for the Division to determine if <br />t{:e proposed revision will comply with the Act and these Rules. The Bonrd or Division may <br />reasonably request additional information to evaluate the proposed revision. <br />The application is in compliance with this rule. Three copies of the application were provided as <br />required by [he Division. <br />
