Such <br />cmnments shall be inunediately transmitted to the applicant by the Division and shall be made <br />available to the public at the same locations as the pernzil applicntiorr. <br />The 30-day period in which to respond is reduced to ] 0 days by Rule 2.08.4(6)(b)(ii). The public <br />notice by the applicant was published on April 20, 2001 (responses due by Apri] 30, 2001. The <br />Division letters to various agencies dated April 4 2001 provided IS days to respond (responses <br />due by April 19. The Colorado Historical Society responded by letter of April 11, 2001. The <br />response was no objection as areas impacted had already been disturbed.
