Cumulative Hydrologic Impact Study and Probable Hydrolo is Consequences.
u es an - ur ace a er
The cumulative surface water impact within the basin were analyzed both for
the long term and short term effects on the adjacent area. Even though it was
in general agreement as to the negative impact the mine does have on the basin
area it was regarded as minimum by the Division. The condition of the permit
was designed to prevent material damage to the hydrologic balance outside the
permit area. Thus the Division felt the impact would be minimum on the
hydrologic balance within the basin.
Hydrologic Balance Sediment Control Measures. 4.05.5, 4.05.6 and 4.05.7
All the quarterly pond inspection reports are provided.
