Boz 2679
Colorado Springs, Colo. 80901-2679
Dear Mr. Balaz:
As per my letter to and answer from CMLRD and my
telephone conversation with you last Wednesday Dec. 30th, I
am writing this letter.
The bridge or culvert that is now in place, across
Hubbard Creek, on the Blue Ribbon property is in the same
location that we have always maintained a bridge over the
years.
There has always been a bridge and road used as a
livestock crossing to reach our fee and BLM grazing acreages
which lays on both side s: of the Hubbard Creek canyon.
If possible we would like to preserve this crossing
for our future mining plans and livestock crossing.
Any attention or help from you that might aid in pre-
serving the bridge or culvert from the present reclamation
work would be greatly appreciates.
Sincerely,
~~ .vd~ •G~'+r
G.
