Please provide an updated redamakon rot[ etkmale for [he Seneca II-W mine. <br />Response: The reclamation bond liability cost estimate has been updated to cover the new petrttit <br />renewal five-year timeframe. SCC will provide the additional bond amount necessary as soon as <br />the Division approves the submitted cost estimate. <br />Attached are the insertion instructions for revision of the PAP and the revised materials.
