1 1 lJ 1 1 1 1 Other equipment and facilities at the Incas Mine could include air driven drills, generators, compressors, 4ue1 tanks, porta62e radio phone, and mucking machines if underground mining becomes feasible. As the pit develops into areas where top soil exist, the oil will be stockpiled in areas of the pit which have already e exhausted of commercial ore deposits. Since the area available for mining is restricted by the local topography, the soil stockpile maybe relocated as mining conditions require. However, when vlaced the soil will be on topographic flattened areas, and if necessary, 95eeded and mulched to insure stockpile stability. 17p No'^~ ' The mining operation does not require any use of water and should not contact any water resources (see E::hi6it @). To date, the mining operation is dry and it is not exvected that future overations will encounter any around water. In summary, the proposed operation will not add appreciably to the already disturbed conditions at the mine site. The total area considered for redisturbance is less than seven acres (6.64 acres). Less than half of the access road is located on the Incas Claim @loc4::: however, if the Mined Land Reclamation Division wishes to consider the entire access road as Dart of the disturbed lands, the total roadway is less than three acres (x.94 acres). This would be unreasonable since most of the route is controlled by other landowners and use, maintenance, disturbance, etc. on other properties can not 6e managed by the applicant. The proposed mining operation will probably be completed in two or three years. However, if underground deposits warrant, mining could continue for several more Years.
