A Summary is shown in Table 1.4-15 with backup <br />material included in the attached Appendix A additions. Miscellaneous costs increased by 31.3% to <br />$862,646. A brief description of modifications by activity follows. <br />Mobilization/Demobilization -escalated from original submittal by 3% per yeaz for 3 years, compounded <br />annually. <br />Sealing Monitoring Wells and Exploration Drill Holes - same as above. <br />Site Maintenance - same as above. <br />Rip Rap Reclamation (Coyote Spillway) -equipment and labor costs increased to reflect current reference <br />values. <br />Ref>_rade Ditches and Drainagewa~ -equipment and labor costs increased to reflect current reference <br />values. <br />Supervision -Manager and foreman wages increased 3% per year for 3 years, compounded annually; 3/4 <br />ton 4X4 pickup costsincreased as per DMG. <br />Utility Persons -wages increased as published in the Colorado Contractors Association Wage Rate <br />Schedule. <br />Reseed/Reerade Orphan Topsoil Stockpiles -This calculation was modified to be consistent with current <br />discussions with DMG regazding topsoil balance and orphan piles. The cost of seeding five stockpiles and <br />the cost of regrading pile A92-5 are included and shown in the associated Appendix A revision. In addi- <br />tion, pre and post regrade views of A92-5 are attached. <br />Revisions <br />MR-122, East Pyeatt Diversion #3 - a slight modification to the route of this drainage did not <br />affect the original cost of reclamation shown th PR-3. <br />MR-126, A Pit Sequence, ($2,014) -previously approved. <br />MR-128, Topsoil Buzzard, ($8,562) - previously approved. <br />MR-129, Pit Limit Modification, HPit -this revision had no affect on the worst case and the area <br />in question has already been backfilled; no additional disturbance was required. <br />MR-130, Light Use Road, ($13,716) -previously approved. <br />
