Supervision -Manager and foreman wages increased 3% per year for 3 years, compounded annually; 3/4 ton 4X4 pickup costsincreased as per DMG. Utility Persons -wages increased as published in the Colorado Contractors Association Wage Rate Schedule. Reseed/Reerade Orphan Topsoil Stockpiles -This calculation was modified to be consistent with current discussions with DMG regazding topsoil balance and orphan piles. The cost of seeding five stockpiles and the cost of regrading pile A92-5 are included and shown in the associated Appendix A revision. In addi- tion, pre and post regrade views of A92-5 are attached. Revisions MR-122, East Pyeatt Diversion #3 - a slight modification to the route of this drainage did not affect the original cost of reclamation shown th PR-3. MR-126, A Pit Sequence, ($2,014) -previously approved. MR-128, Topsoil Buzzard, ($8,562) - previously approved. MR-129, Pit Limit Modification, HPit -this revision had no affect on the worst case and the area in question has already been backfilled; no additional disturbance was required. MR-130, Light Use Road, ($13,716) -previously approved.
