Upon completion of the test holes, Twenrymile Coal Company will need to submit <br />borehole completion reports to the Division, in accordance with Section 34-33-122(2)(b) <br />of the Act. <br />9. If the test holes encounter water at adequate capacity, will these wells replace the Emerald <br />Spring well, Site 114? How will development of this potential Trout Creek well tie into <br />Twenrymile Coal Company's water consumption plan? <br />10. Twentmile Coal Company is proposing to drill three test holes to the Trout Creek <br />sandstone for potential development into a water well. The Division reminds Twentmile <br />Coal Company that development of a drill hole to a well will require approval of a water <br />well pemvt from the State Engineer s office. Rule 4.05.14(1). <br />11. Revision application page 2.05-65.1 states that Twentmile Coal Company will submit a <br />Minor Revision if water is encountered in suitable quarttiry for development. The <br />Division would like to remind Twenrymile Coal Company that a revision discussing <br />development of aquifer water should be submitted as a Technical revision and should <br />include modifications to the PHC, any modifications to Twentmile Coal Company's <br />water augmentation plan, modifications to the subsidence control plan, and detail of <br />additional support facilities. <br />Please submit information requested by October 15, 1998, in order for the Division to review <br />Twentmile Coal Company's responses and propose a decision with the regulatory time <br />frame.
