The Division has <br />conducted initial review. Several items need clarification. <br />1. No pagination was provided for the two reclamation cost estimate pages. Please add <br />pagination so that these pages may be inserted into the appropriate location in the <br />reclamation cost estimate exhibit. <br />2. Please define how sediment and runoff off the pads will be controlled in accordance with <br />Rule 4.05.5. Will these pads be designated as small area exemptions? If so, please <br />provide detail on sediment control measures that shall be employed. <br />3. Twentymile Coal Company will need to define if the pad "access" road will be maintained <br />as a light use road or an access road, in accordance with rule 4.03.2 or 4.03.3. Please <br />include the existing "county road" on Map 24A. <br />4. Please define which seedmix will be used for the reclamation of the pads. <br />5. Please assure that permanent sealing methods comply with Rule 4.07.2(3). <br />6. Please assure that Twentymile Coal Company has any necessary county permits for <br />additional traffic accessing the site off County Road No. 27. <br />STATE OF COLORADO <br />7. Please assure that the drilling activity is located more than 100 feet (measured <br />horizontally) of the public roadways, Routt County Road No. 27 and 33, unless <br />appropriate county approvals and public hearings required by Rule 2.07.6(2)(d)(iv). <br />
