EXHIBIT A <br />Legal Description <br />The amendment area tract is located in the Northeast 'h of Section 24, Township 2 North, <br />Range 67 West, Sixth P.M. in Weld County, Colorado as described below. The tract includes <br />72.86 acres +/- and is north of and immediately adjacent to the existing permit area. The <br />existing permit area is 102.77 acres +/-.
