If all of the above named ditches were removed, Sun Coal Company could demonstrate, <br />as allowed under Rule 4.05.6(6), that the trap relies primarily on storage of runoff from <br />the design event, and therefore does not require an emergency spillway. <br />I have enclosed copies of the results of SEDCAD modelling for the Northwest Sediment Trap <br />watershed.
