In compliance with Rule 4.06.2(5), to the extent possible, MCC will remove topsoil at a <br />time when the physical and chemical properties of the soil are protected and erosion is <br />minimized. <br />6. In accordance with Rule 4.06.3(1), if areas ofthe Lower Refuse Pile or other areas on the <br />mine site have been prepared for topsoil, MCC will utilize topsoil in these locations, <br />rather than stockpiling. <br />7. No response required. <br />Response to DMG Slope Stability comments <br />Attached is the Envirocon, Inc. response to the Materials Storage Bench stability <br />analysis review. The response includes the complete calculation spreadsheets which are <br />cross-referenced with a corresponding number or code for ease in identification. <br />Response to DMG H~droloev comments: <br />Copies of revised Tables 42,43, and 44 are included with this submittal. <br />2.
