J. J. Dudash - 2 - November 30, 2004
A new light use road provides access to the drill site. The new road is approximately 280
feet long with an average grade of 10%. The light road has a pitch grade of 20% for about
130 feet.
A new topsoil stockpile "G" will be constructed on top of the B-Seam portal excess material
stockpile. Topsoil from the new drill site will be placed in the new topsoil stockpile. The
new topsoil stockpile is shown on Map 15-2.
Right of Entry
BRL owns all of the land to be disturbed by this permit action.
Permit and Affected Area
The permit area and affected area do not change as a result of the action.
Cultural Resources
See Volume VI, Cultural Resources, item 3.
Bond
The estimated reclamation cost for drill pad and drill hole is $ 7,360. A reclamation
estimate is enclosed. No cost for seeding is necessary since this area is included within
the currently approved disturbed area boundary.
Volume 1, pages 2.05-27 and 2.05-38 and Volume II, map 15-2 are enclosed to support
this minor revision application.
Please call if you have any questions.
Sincerely,
~G t~d~G~~
J.
