Tice basic <br />change in adding the DSRGW Railroad right-of-way is caidening the excavation <br />in Stage II and Stage III, Part 1, by 100' on the west end and 50' on t}ce <br />east end. Stage III, Part 2 and Stage IV, Part 1, caill be widened 75' on <br />each end. Sufficient topsoil is already in stockpile for replacement on <br />bads lopes and adjacent affected areas in Stage II and Stage III, Part ].. <br />The costs involved in the bacl:sloping, topsoi].ing and revegeL-ation are <br />already covered in the present bond, except for tlce naxroco adeiition at each <br />end,of the excavations. <br />• The 13 Acre industrial site is being ineludecl at request- of staff. It is <br />presently developed for industrial use, and the applicant plans on retaining <br />it as an industrial site after all reserves have been vaned in the area. <br />No reclamation is proposed or required For this site.
