THIS IS ADAMS COUNTY RV PARK DBA <br />124 TH AVENUE ESTATES PARTNERS. FIRST OF ALL WE WILL HAVE MANY ISSUES TO <br />DISCUSS.. THE FTRST BEING THE PROXIMITY OF THE DRIVE ROAD TO OUR HOUSE. THIS <br />OLD HOUSE WAS BUILT BETWEEN 1890 AND 1900. THE FOUNDATIONS PROBABLY WILL <br />NOT TAKE THE POUNDINGS AND VIBRATIONS OF HUNDREDS OF SEMI TRAILERS EVERY <br />DAY FOR A YEAR.. ITEM #2 THE DRIVEWAY IS AN EASEMENT OF RECORD ON OUR DEED. <br />AS THEY WILL BE MOVING ACROSS OUR EASEMENT AT A RIGHT ANGLE WILL WE BE <br />ABLE TD DART ACROSS BETWEEN TRUCK LOADS WITHOUT BEING RUN OVER,. WE HAVE <br />LOTS OF LOCAL FAMILY AND FRIENDS WITH MANY CHILDREN TO WORRY ABOUT.. WILL <br />THE DRIVE STAY ACCESSABLE TO US YEAR ROUND AS THEY PLAN AN 18 INCH GRADE <br />UP..ITEM # 3 IRRIGATION DITCHES THEY ARE ALL OPEN FLOOD TYPE DITCHES. ONE ON <br />THE EAST ONE ON THE SOUTH AND ONE ON THE WEST ALL THESE WILL BE IMPACTED. BY <br />THISINUNDATED FLOW OF St;MIS. ALSO THE WELL 1S LOCATED ON THE SOUTH EAST <br />CORNER OF THE SCHIBLI PROPERTY.. ALL OF THE IRRIGATION DITCHES RUN FROM THIS <br />LOCATION: AROUND THE SCHIBLI PROPERTY TO OURS.. ITEM # 4 WE HAVE LIVESTOCK <br />THAT NOW ARE-IN MATING AND BETWEEN FEBRUARY AND APRIL OUR LAMBS WILL BE <br />BORN. THEN LATE SUMMER OUR COWS WILL BE DELIVERING AND THIS TRUCK TRAFFIC <br />MAY BE TOO MUCH FOR THEM TO TAKE....ITEM # 5 OUR SEPTIC SYSTEM IS LOCATED ON <br />THE EAST SIDE OF UUR HOUSE NEXT TO THE PROPERTY LINE AND RUNS NORTH TO <br />SOUTH FOR 150 FEET..THIS IS A LEACH FIELD THAT 1S ONLY SDC FEET DEEP AND OUR SITE <br />IS ABOUT 8FEET ABOVE GRADE TO THE PROPOSED ROAD THIS WILL INVARIABLY AFFECT <br />ALL OF THESE THINGS THAT I HAVE DISCUSSED TO A GREAT DEGREE NOT INCLUDING <br />OUR QUALITY OF LIFE THAT WE NOW ENJOY.... THERE ARE NOW TWO HOUSES 1N THE <br />WAY OF THE ROAD ,WHAT WILL BECOME OF THESE AND ALL OF THE ASBESTOS THAT <br />THEY CONTAIN? PARCEL # 0157135000049. AND THERE IS INFASTRUCTURE TO THESE <br />HOUSES IN THE W'AY AND GAS LINES, PHONE LINES, TREES ,POWER LINES. FENCES.. ETC. <br />WE NEED ALL LSSCIES TO $E P.ESOLVED BEFORE WE WILL AGREE TO THIS ROUTE..., <br />
