Knox to myself <br />regarding the Skeltoa Inc. Pond confirming that: <br />I. T'he structure is located in Maverick Draw, a highly over-appropriated area drat requires <br />curtailment of vested water rights on an annual basis. <br />2. Absent court-approved plan of augmentation, retention of natural runoff during river call will not <br />be permitted, and bypass ditches or pumping out of the reclamation area will be required. <br />3.
