Exhibit E - Reclamation Plan
1. As previously mentioned in our conversations, t:he
proposed timetable of mining and reclamation sF~ans
a period of some 25 years with the final use of the
t property being commercial. The plan portrayed in the
' amendment and technical revision is, in our opinion,
the best plan to minimize the impact to adjoining
~ property owners. It allows the waters to exit the
' property at the same location it presently does;.
~ 2. It is expected that during the life of the mine,
various amounts of soil will be needed for reclamation.
The maximum amount of disturbance at any one time is 97 ac.
P, total of 157,106 cubic yards of soil will i;e stock-
piled in Jackson Gulch and within the 100' sett~ack
from the property line.
3. Mobile Fremix readily accepts your suggestion of
reducing the amount of yellow sweet clover to .5 lbs.
PLS/acre.
4. Watering of trees and shrubs will be performed sparingly
so as to encourage plant root growth. This will allow
for the hardiest vegetation cover possible. V1e do not
want to establish a vegetation cover that is dependent
on irrigation which will be discontinued at a future
date. Plantings o:ill be bare-root stock performed in
early spring. This will allow the plantings tc take
advantage of spring rain and snow falls. ?^?atering will
"MPM and Safety/A Great Mix"
