Stipulation No. 4: <br />con ~nue <br />THE SCHEDULE OF MONITORING SHALL BE QUARTERLY AND THE DATA <br />RECORDED SHALL BE INCORPORATED AND INTERPRETATED IN THE ANNUAL <br />HYDROLOGIC REPORT FOR THE MINE. <br />THE PARAMETERS APPEARING ON LIST B (PAGE 4-241C OF THE PERMIT <br />APPLICATION FOR TRAPPER MINE) SHALL BE RE CORDED ON AN A NNUAL <br />BASIS, STARTING WITH THE QUARTER IN WHICH THE MONITORIN G BEGINS. <br />THE PARAMETERS APPEARING IN THE FOLLOWING LIST SHALL BE RECORDED <br />DURING THE SUCCEEDING TH REE QUARTERS OF T HE MONITORING YEAR: <br />Water level Barium Copper Nitrate <br />Conductivity Cadmium Iron Sulfate <br />Total Dissolved Solids Chromium Manganese <br />pH Lead Fluoride <br />Arsenic Selenium Nitrite <br />FOLLOWING ONE COMPLETE YEAR OF MONITORING, THE DIVISION WILL <br />CONSIDER TRAPPER MINE'S PROPOSAL FOR MODIFICATION OF THE <br />MONITORING REQUIREMENTS FOR THIS WELL. <br />The original stipulation numbered 1 and 3 appear to have been resolved, since <br />they were not included with the renewed permit. However, our records do not <br />indicate final resolution of Stipulation Nos. 1 and 3. Please check your <br />records, and forward copies of any final approval documents. Your assistance <br />will be greatly appreciated. <br />Stipulation No. 2 is an ongoing stipulation, and is satisfied by way of the <br />Appendix W, Annual Reclamation Report submitted each year. Stipulation No. 4 <br />addresses the monitoring schedule at the Lux well. The Lux well is a required <br />monitoring point, and the monitoring plan is specified in Section 4 of the <br />permit document. <br />Additional stipulations were required with field Minor Revision No. 88 <br />(7/20/89), Technical Revision 49 (April 12, 1990), and field Minor Revision <br />101 (6/22/90). These stipulations involved material submittal requirements, <br />and ali have been satisfied. <br />6- <br />
