The following list of responses coincide numerically with <br />those posed by the Division in your 8/31/92 correspondence. <br />1. Trapper received the Division's bond comments via tax on October 15,1992. <br />2. Calculations supporting the 1.4-inch 10-year, 24-hour and 1.8-inch 25-year, 24-hour events for <br />snowmelt are not yet complete and will be forwarded by the end of October. <br />3. Page 534 (fast paragraph) was revised to include surface water flow south of Trapper permit area <br />along the Williams Fork Mountains (revised page attached). <br />4. Your interpretation of Trapper's approved grazing plan is incorrect. As stated on permit page 3- <br />155 "Grazing (livestock) use of postmined areas prior to bond release is allowed following the third <br />growing season. However, [he reclaimed lands may only be grazed for the last two years prior to <br />bond release." Since Trapper currently grazes livestock on reclaimed areas following the third <br />growing season and will continue to do so in the foreseeable future the second sentence as stated <br />above will be deleted from page 3-155 (revised page attached). <br />5. The word "supervision" on page 1-32 is corrected (revised page attached). <br />6. Early in the mining process, an area dissecting Ashmore pit within the Johnson Gulch drainage and <br />portions of the east panel were identified as having the potential to have undesirable surface spoil <br />charaaeristits (see map M~2). Currently spoil sampling and reporting is conducted within the <br />Ashmore pit mining area with data having been collected for the past eight years (see Section 4 of <br />our yearty annual report).
