The following list of responses coincide numerically with
those posed by the Division in your 8/31/92 correspondence.
1. Trapper received the Division's bond comments via tax on October 15,1992.
2. Calculations supporting the 1.4-inch 10-year, 24-hour and 1.8-inch 25-year, 24-hour events for
snowmelt are not yet complete and will be forwarded by the end of October.
3. However, [he reclaimed lands may only be grazed for the last two years prior to
bond release." Since Trapper currently grazes livestock on reclaimed areas following the third
growing season and will continue to do so in the foreseeable future the second sentence as stated
above will be deleted from page 3-155 (revised page attached).
5. The word "supervision" on page 1-32 is corrected (revised page attached).
6. Early in the mining process, an area dissecting Ashmore pit within the Johnson Gulch drainage and
portions of the east panel were identified as having the potential to have undesirable surface spoil
charaaeristits (see map M~2). Currently spoil sampling and reporting is conducted within the
Ashmore pit mining area with data having been collected for the past eight years (see Section 4 of
our yearty annual report).
