During Mr. McKee's site visit, it was found that no wetlands <br />exist at this site. <br />This letter is to inform you that the proposed activity, assigned number 199380535, <br />will not require a Department of the Army (DA) Permit. <br />Although a DA Permit will not be required for the project, this does not eliminate the <br />requirement that other applicable federal, state, and local permits be obtained as required. <br />If a proposed activity does require the placement of dredged or fill material into the <br />Middle Fork South Platte River or its adjacent wetlands, this office should be contacted for <br />proper Department of the Army permits pursuant to Section 404 of the Clean Water Act. <br />If there are any further questions concerning this matter, please feel free to contact <br />Mr. Terry McKee of this office at 303-979-4120. <br />Sincerely, <br />
