A tract described as commencing at a point from <br />which the southeast corner of Section 9 bears south <br />40° 21' east 1,188 feet; then north 75 feet; then <br />northeasterly along the southeasterly bank of the <br />North Fork of the Gunnison River a distance of 327 <br />feet; then south 240 feet; then westerly in a <br />straight line 280 feet; more or less, to a point of <br />beginning, being the tract covered by that warranty <br />deed recorded in Book 400 at Page 91 of the records <br />of Gunnison County, Colorado. <br />As I discussed with Ed Bischoff on July 14, this update of <br />the Adjudication File is not part of the Technical Revision. <br />Therefore the attached Public Notice reflects only our request to <br />delete the parcels described as Parcels No. 4 and TE-4 from our <br />permit area.
