In that letter Bob requested that
we comply with the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service's "Windy Gap"
mitigation process. In compliance with that process, West Elk Coal
Company has identified the Colorado River Basin streamflow
depletions and contributions resulting from their Mt. Gunnison No.
1 Underground Mine operation. I would appreciate your providing
this as soon as possible to the OSM for their review.
Sincerely,
ANACONDA Minerals Company
555 Seventeenth Street
r-~~''~
Paige B.'B2ville
Sr. Permits Coordinator
PBB/mp
cc: R.
