Dear Mr. Striggow:
On September 27, 2007 the Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety approved the Conversion application submitted
to the Division on May 24, 2007, addressing the following:
Convert 110 permit to a 112 permit for a permit acreage of 58.75 acres.
The terms of the Conversion No. 1 approved by the Division are hereby incorporated into Permit No. M-1997-065. All
other conditions and requirements of Permit No. M-1997-065 remain in full force and effect.
The estimated liability amount of $350,000.00 exceeds the $5,000.00 performance bond currently held. If you have not
already done so, please submit additional bond in the amount of $345,000.00. The revision will not be final until the
bond is approved by the Division. Please instue that the bond is in the name of Stone Wholesale, Inc. so that the Transfer
of Pemtit and Succession of Operators application can be processed.
