M. <br />ec. ortions of Lots 1, 2, E1/2NW1/4,W1/2NE1/4, lying north <br />and east of Routt County Road 27, (125 acres more or <br />less) <br />One of the exceptions was applied and leasing 1s conditioned on the <br />following requirement: This area would be mined by underground <br />methods if no surface occupancy occurred and no surface activity was <br />allowed between February 1 and July 31 annually. <br />3. Conflicts between Postminir <br />Management ans and o c es <br />and Existing BLM <br />Tne sub,)ect permit revision does not create a conflict between <br />postmining land uses and our existing Management Framework Plan or <br />proposed Resource Management Plan for these lands. <br />4.
