As you will recall, Utah International Inc. ("Utah") has contracted to sell all of the common stock of Trapper tdining Inc. ("Trapper") to Colorado- Ute Electric Association, Inc., Salt River Project Agricultural Improvement and Power District, Tri-State Generation and Transmission Association, Inc., and Platte River Power Authority (collectively, "Buyers"). As indicated in that prior correspondence, Buyers pro- mised to submit for your review, in connection with the proposed transaction, additional information required by the MLR regulations. Accordingly, attached to this letter are: (1) Binders evidencing personal injury and property dam- age insurance coverage which the Buyers have arranged for Trapper, and which will become effective as of the Closing of the transaction between Buyers and Utah; (2) A specimen performance bond reflecting the replacement coverage arranged by Buyers for Trapper; and (3) Updated information on property ownership and Trapper's mining rights, with revised maps numbered M-1 through M-4, inclusive.
