But <br />it is not clear from this reference, if the lease includes the <br />right to enter for reclamation also. Please ensure that this <br />right exists. <br />Exhibit P - Owners of record of affected land <br />Though not clearly labeled, I assume that the one-page Quit <br />~ Claim Deed constitutes the required information for this <br />exhibit.
