Response to Rule 6.4.8 (1) (d) <br />The affected area of this proposed conversion contains approximately 20.43 acres. The <br />general effect during the operation is reduced forage available to the wildlife. Presence of <br />larger mammals (antelope, deer, elk) have been reduced by perimeter fencing of BLM <br />property and will be effected very little by the increased human activity and noise. Rabbits, <br />squirrels and burrowing rodents habitat will be temporarily lost during the mining activity. <br />The site is expected to be reclaimed to provide food and habitat to the wildlife in equal or <br />better quantities than existed prior to mining. <br />EXHIBIT J - Vecaetation Information <br />19.)
