[n addition, this TR submittal includes those changes <br />necessary to update application materials to reflect current conditions and regulations and <br />detailed designs for those drainage and sediment control structures required to support the <br />Phase II operations, which were referenced and discussed in the 1982 Amendment bu[ not <br />detailed. The materials included in this TR submittal package are summarized by the <br />attached Summary of Revisions/Additions. <br />SCC would like to proceed with dewatering of the existing gravel pit excavation and <br />stripping and extraction of additional gravel reserves during the 1998 field season. Your <br />cooperation and assistance in proceeding with timely review of this application is greatly <br />appreciated.
