Following are Minrec's responses to the DMG's comments <br />and concerns. <br />1. DMG -Please change "Section 6" (third paragraph under 2.1.2, page 2-1 of the <br />PAP) to read "Section 5" and "shown on Drawing D-2-3" to read "shown on <br />Drawings D-2-3 and D-3-3. <br />MIN -Page 2-1 was revised as requested. <br />2 - 3 DMG -Please provide a reconciliation of disturbed acreage, reclaimed acreage and <br />acreage of permanent features. <br />MIN -The table on page 4-ix fists the number of acres disturbed, reclaimed and <br />acreage of permanent features. <br />8. DMG -Please update (edit) pages 4-i through 4-vi of the PAP. <br />MIN -Updated pages 4-i through 4-ix are enclosed. A rationale for classifying the <br />refuse pond a permanent feature is presented beginning on page 4-iii. <br />9. DMG -Please expand the haul road definition on page 4-iv to consolidate a list of <br />those approved appendant features such as berms, topsoil piles, fencing, guardrails <br />and other permanent features incident to and within the right of way of the haul <br />road. <br />MIN -The haul road definition was expanded on amended page 4-vi. <br />
