CULTURAL <br />No cultural resources that are eligible or <br />potentially eligible to the Register will be <br />affected by the proposed action. No protected <br />paleontological resources will be affected by <br />the proposed action. <br />d, FARM LANDS (prime or unique) - <br />The proposed operations area is not located <br />within an area identified as prime or unique <br />farm land. <br />e. FLOODPLAINS <br />The proposed operations area is not located <br />within an identified floodplain. Therefore, <br />there will be no impacts to floodplains. <br />f. NATIVE AMERICAN RELIGIOUS CONCERNS <br />No known Native American Sacred sites or <br />Traditional Cultural properties will be <br />affected by the proposed action. <br />g. THREATENED OR ENDANGERED SPECIES <br />A determination has been made that the <br />proposed action would not impact any <br />threatened, endangered or candidate species or <br />their habitat. Therefore, there are no <br />identified impacts from the proposed action. <br />h. WASTES, HAZARDOUS OR SOLID <br />There are no known solid or hazardous wastes <br />within or around the proposed gravel removal <br />site. No known solid or hazardous wastes are <br />used in the gravel mining process. Therefore, <br />no impacts are anticipated from wastes of any <br />kind. <br />2 <br />
