0128 'DO D0~51 ID:LANIERFAX3800 FAX PA(~ 3
Mr. Routten
June 4, 1997
Page 3
.4r
changing Access Road 3 to Light use road to reduce the
drainage and surfacing design requi ement ae long as is wn~.L,/~'~
be left in place. sto~.l ~,~(a,~~ Syr ~~ s~„~ ~,~~ ~~ (L6
103. c. - This has to do with drainage along Haul Road 5 which we
share with Public Service Company of Colorado. We did have
culverts under the road in a couple of spots for drainage
control and they requested that they be blocked because the
Health Dept. wanted them to take care of drainage on their
side of the road. We do not believe that we need to design
~~ a ditch to meet their changing disturbance needs.
/103. f. - A return of the "headwater" issue, see question 96.
P
123. This was partially a permit maintenance issue and the
requested current certifications have been submitted. We
believe that photos were ak n wh+i~ the underdraine were
~ be~_installed_but w~_ar~unable t~loF`atd+ them. Would you
`~ please supply us with a copy of them. The Division did get
ua""" a copy of them according to the regs did they not? i have
~~~~ already been sited for ancient paper work and I am tired of
~ continued-r-ec}ueata---fo~old or„ff hat was not being enforced
by th_ e_Divisin~at-that time. I believe that there needs to
be some kind of Statute of limitations on files and records
that have to be kept available to the Division and to the
public.
Please review these issues and let me know you would propose
handing them.
- ,
d~Z
Larry eechke
Engi er
cc: Dan Mathews, DMG
