Presentations to the Board shall be strictly limited to the issue of whether the pending <br />application complies with the requirements of the Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Act and the <br />Rules and Regulations promulgated by the Board. The parties shall limit presentations to [he <br />question of whether the pending applicationshould be approved or denied, based on the issue stated <br />below: <br />1. Will the proposed amended operation adversely affect domestic water wells and sub-irrigation <br />systems north of the affected lands. <br />2. Will excava[ing ac[ivities on or near a creoso[e contaminated site adversely affect the health of <br />[he adjoining landowner? <br />3. Will the operation adversely nffect the subsurface springs or the riparian vege[ation near the <br />western portion of the permit area? <br />4. Objecting to "the acreage of the amended application ". -Willard Travnicek <br />5. Use of explosives. <br />IV. ISSUES NOT TO BE CONSIDERED <br />1.Dust particulates blowing from the crusher toward the house. <br />1.The aesthetics and quality of life being degraded. <br />3.Storing used tires and old equipment near the road. <br />d.
