In response to your request, I have completed a review of the adequacy of the
suosiaencE-related portions of the Eastsige permit renewal application. in my
optnior., no permit revisions have occurred since the original permit issuance
whicn would necessitate amenament Df the subsidence inventory or subsiaence

I have reviewed all o' the subsidence reports submitted by ine applican..
Subsiaence monitorine nas been comoieted on ter. occassion.s since Iday o. 198,
in compliance with the permit requirements. The latest suosidence moniLOrine
report was submitted In March of 1989, presenting the resul*_s o` tn.e
December 30, 1988 monitoring survey. This survey inclueed a cert,iTication of
second order survey accurac}', as required within the amended Dermit. io Date,
