Permit No: C-11,253(1) <br />2. PermitNq. C-11,253(2) <br />3. Perrhit No. C-12,383 A <br />4. Permit No. 13MF169 <br />Please indicate which of these permits aze still in force. Please indicate if any additional per- <br />mits have been issued to the Trapper Mine from.the:Air Pollution. Control Division, and if so, <br />provide a copy of these additional permits. If APENS (Air Pollution Emissions Notices) are <br />being filed, please provide a copy. of these as well. <br />All jour permits are maintained by Trapper. No additional permits have been issued to Trapper. <br />b. Rule 2.05.6(lj requires that. all emissions permits `be updated accordingly as initial or final <br />decisions are rendered:" Trapper Mining's permit document identifies Air. Emission Pemuts. <br />C-12, 38311 and 13MF169 as having received only `Initial Approval." Please provide copies. <br />of.the "Final Approval" versions of tltese permits. <br />The Colorado Dept of Health, Air Quality Control Division, Grand Junction was contacted con- <br />cerning these permits. "Final Approval" versions will 6e provided to Trapper later this year. <br />When received they will be forwarded to the CDMG. <br />c.. The. Division recommends Trapper Mining Inc. review the conditions of each of the existing <br />Air Emissions Permits to ensure current ruining and reclamation operations are being con- <br />ducted within the restrictions of these permits. Should the. Air Emission Permrtc need updating <br />or.revising,.we rewmmend Trapper Mining lnc. obtain any necessary approvals.from the Air <br />Pollution Control Division as soon as possible.. <br />Trapper is in compliance with emission permits. <br />3. Rule 2.05.6(2) requites permit applications to contain at least the following two items: . <br />a. Either: <br />(i) A statement of how, among. other things, enhancement of fish, wildlife,. and related <br />environmental values will be achieved where practicable, or . <br />(ii) a statement why it is not practicable to achieve a condition which clearly shows a trend <br />toward enhanceritent of fish and wildlife resources at the time ievegetation has been <br />successfully completed under Rule 4.15; <br />
