Rental rates for most of the equipment were quoted by Wagner Equipment Company. A published rental rate list from Wagner has been provided. 2. A .83 correction factor for job efficiency has been applied to the loader productivity (p.l) and the haul truck productivities (p.2) of the revised bonding spread sheet. The job efficiency factor has already been applied to the grader which is assumed operating four hours per scheduled day. 3. Per page 296 of the Edition 16 Cat Performance Handbook, a dump maneuver time of .7 minutes has been added to the truck/loader cycle. Also, dump time has been increased to 1.2 minutes. These changes can be found on Page 2 of the Revised Bonding Spread Sheet. Rolling resistance factors between 3 and 5 percent were applied to the various sections of the haul profiles, with the average being 4 percent. A water truck and motor grader will be required to maintain the haul road. However, due to the limited length of haul road which must be maintained, a single operator would be able to alternately operate both pieces of equipment throughout the day. Based on experience with similar haul cycles at Chimney Rock Mine, the grader is assumed to operate four hours per scheduled day and the water truck two hours per scheduled day.
