The name on this permit only shows up as <br />Henry T. Southway and Rock I. Southway, 117 White Pine Dr., Alamosa, CO 81101. <br />This well is located in the no-mining buffer zone as shown on the mining map. Exhibit L contains a <br />separate line item for the existing bond ($187,217.00).
