There will be no dumps, tailing <br />impoundments, underground mine openings, ditches, sediment control <br />facilities, buildings or any other features not involved in this narrative involved in <br />any way in this operation. <br />A low earthen berm will be established to keep all stormwater on-site, this will <br />minimize disturbance to the hydrologic balance, and prevent off-site damage. <br />This will help provide a stable configuration consistent with the proposed future <br />land use. <br />
