Exhibit "E" <br />Reclamation Plan <br />(1) This application includes the following information in accordance with the <br />regulations: <br />(a) The operator is proposing to reclaim the site to a final land use as a recharge <br />basin and rangeland. Basin surface area will be approximately 22 acres. Basin side <br />slopes will be graded to a maximum 3H:1V to 10 feet below the expected average <br />water surface level. Side slopes below this will be graded to a maximum 2H:1 V. Side <br />slopes above the expected average water surface level and any other disturbed areas <br />will be topsoiled and revegetated. The floor of the basin will be graded and smoothed <br />but not topsoiled as not to inhibit recharge. <br />In the event'water for recharge activities is not available, areas of exposed <br />groundwater will be backfilled, topsoiled and revegetated until such waters are <br />available. <br />(b) The proposed recharge basin and rangeland reclamation scheme is compatible <br />and consistent with surrounding land use. There is a similar recharge basin within <br />one mile of the subject site. <br />(c) A description of how the Reclamation Plan will be implemented to meet each <br />applicable requirement of Section 3.1, Reclamation Performance Standards. <br />3.1.1 Establishing Post-Mining Use <br />(1) The Operator/Applicant, in consultation with the Landowners, have decided to <br />reclaim the affected area to a recharge basin and rangeland as described in this <br />Reclamation Plan. <br />(2) The results of this application, of which this is a part, and all of the decisions <br />formulated into it, constitute what the applicant believes is an appropriate and <br />workable Reclamation Plan. <br />3.1.2 Reclaiming Substituted Land. <br />Reclaiming substitute land is not a consideration of this operation. <br />3.1.3 Time Limit and Phased Reclamation <br />The operator/applicant agrees that all reclamation shall be carried to completion with <br />all reasonable diligence. <br />
