i /J7 Mining - Reclamation - A.P cont . s�i& 3 Arkins Park South - Five Stones - This area has been o ened and is being quarried to replace the Trupp quarries which a e in the process of reclamation. Mining Plan : An access road was constructed from the alley to the west . We plan to remove stone first from the nort side of the draw. It will be removed from the south toward t e north- west . The processing is being done on a work deck to the east and in the valley to the west where the access road en ers the draw. A process area , loading area and storage area is located there . We plan in the future to remove stone from the so th side of the draw which would be an extension of an existin quarry that was operated by Colo . Stone Co. 10 - 30 years a o . We expect to gain access from the west side of the mountain similar to the access to the north part of this area . The of access road from the east is so steep and rough that the large trucks cannot get up the hill and it is very dangerous to try to get them up the hill and around the sharp curve . Reclamation Plan : When depleted these areas will be re !aimed according to the specifications of the other quarries n this area following the contour of the mountain as close as is feasible . We expect these areas to be producing for long length of time . & Arkins Park South - The west part of this quarry h s been depleted and we plan to reclaim about 1 acre on the top in the near future at the same time as the reclamation will be one on the Trupp quarries . We have already re-seeded the south side of the draw that is to the north of the quarry area and it is doing very well . We plan to continue quarrying on the north s ,de of the draw in the lower parts as the demand for that color an� type of stone is needed . Enclosed are amended maps as required for each area.
